    Can the koa get wet?

    The wood is sealed, but please take the ring off for swimming and washing up. Long soaks dull the finish.

    What if the size is wrong?

    We confirm your size in the proof before we start, and offer one free resize within 30 days of delivery where the design allows.

    How long does it take?

    Each piece is made after you order. Production usually takes 2–4 weeks, then shipping.
